Another ideal day on paper, overcast, 12 - 21C and light westerlies, BNM start at WSM pier. Made good speed up the gorge and beyond but at 50 miles in Devizes the nausea that prevented eating on Saturday evening caught up with me, only to discover the nearest rail station was Pewsey (east) or Melksham (west) (both ~15 miles according to my phone), committing me to another 16 miles. I had missed the booking for CTS entries sold out for Saturday, so made my own way with the 2023 strava file to WSM.
